Almond Cherry Crunch Pie (Wash) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 c. Cherry pie filling, up to 4
  • 1 Tbsp. Corn starch
  • 2 dsh Almond flavoring
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced almonds
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix pie filling, corn starch and almond flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie crust Combine almonds, brown sugar and flour. Stir in melted butter till mix is crumbly. Crumble mix on top of pie.
  3. Bake about 30 to 40 min, till topping is golden.
