- 1/2 lb Blue Cheese A Little Fresh Cream, as necessary
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chives, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chutney, liquid removed-minced Salt And Pepper, to taste Almonds, minced
Directions
- Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to adjust consistency of mix. Roll in minced almond and chill.
