Ingredients

  • 1 lb Minced alligator meat
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. Finely minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced shallots
  • 2 tsp Lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 c. Veg. oil Flour to dredge

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, form 1 inch diameter balls, allow to set one hour. Dredge in flour and fry until brown. Serve warm.
