Ingredients
1 lb Minced alligator meat
1 x Egg
1 Tbsp. Finely minced onions
1 Tbsp. Finely minced celery
1 Tbsp. Finely minced parsley
2 Tbsp. Finely minced shallots
2 tsp Lemon pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Bread crumbs
1 c. Veg. oil Flour to dredge
Directions
Combine all ingredients, form 1 inch diameter balls, allow to set one hour. Dredge in flour and fry until brown. Serve warm.
