Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. gluten flour, or possibly unbleached white flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp corn oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Combine thoroughly. This formula equals one egg. Use right away, because the baking pwdr loses its effectiveness within 2 hrs.
