All Day Stew With Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed
  • 4 med potatoes
  • 4 med carrots
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkt onion soup mix
  • 10 3/4 ounce water
  • 1 x bay leaf

Directions

  1. Cube beef into bite-size pcs. Place in casserole or possibly baking pan with lid. (Don't precook meat.) Peel and cube potatoes, carrots and celery; place on top of meat. Add in soups and water; place bay leaf on top. Cover and cook in oven for 8 hrs at 225 degrees. When done, throw away bay leaf, stir stew and serve.
