Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In heavy saucepan heat butter and chocolate together. Mix the cocoa and 1/4 cup of the sugar and stir in. Add in the cream, then the remainder of the 1/2 cup sugar. Bring the mix to a boil stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat immediately and add in vanilla. Cool, then chill. To reheat fudge sauce, place container in a pan of hot water till sauce reaches pouring consistency. Makes 2 cups.
