Ingredients

  • 1 c. Cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd espresso coffee
  • 1/2 x Cinnamon stick (3" long)
  • 4 tsp Creme de cacao
  • 2 tsp Brandy
  • 2 Tbsp. Whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 x Grated semisweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Make espresso with water and coffee. Break cinnamon stick into small pcs and add in to warm espresso. Allow to cold slightly. Add in creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently. Pour into demitasse c.. Whip the cream, and float a dollop on top of each c.. Garnish with grated chocolate or possibly chocolate curls. Multiply proportions by six and it's perfect for a party.
