Directions

  1. Mix Large eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper thoroughly into a thin batter. Slice Surimi and crumble it by hand. Fold crumbled Surimi and breadcrumbs into batter.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over low heat. Form patties, and then pan fry cakes several min till golden. Add in butter or possibly oil to skillet as needed.
  3. This recipe yields 10 crab cakes.
  4. Yield: 10 crab cakes
