Ingredients

  • 2 lb stew meat cut into 1" cubes
  • 6 x carrots peeled and cubed
  • 6 x potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 6 x onions peeled and cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 1 env dry brown gravy mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can flaky biscuits

Directions

  1. Peel and cube vegetables. Mix meat with vegetables in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Mix soup, gravy mix, water and salt in a small bowl and pour over vegetables. Cover tightly and bake at 325 for 3 hrs.
  2. Remove from oven and top with biscuits. Bake about 10 minutes. at 450 or possibly till golden.
