Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Heat the oil in a large, heavy frying pan and saute/fry the sausage, onion, and bell pepper for 3 to 4 min. Stir in the chicken and lightly brown. Place the mix in a baking or possibly casserole dish. Stir in the tomatoes, chile, beans, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco Bake in a 325-degree oven for 20 to 30 min or possibly till the chicken is done and everything is warm and bubbly
  2. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with a green salad with fresh lemon juice squeezed over it and crusty French bread.
