Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 lb stew meat
- 1 pkt Lipton beefy-onion soup mix
- 1Â 1/2 tsp beef bouillon
- 3 x potatoes - (to 4) cubed
- 4 x carrots sliced
- 1 x celery stalk sliced
- 1 can whole tomatoes with their juice
- 1 x garlic clove crushed
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with about
- 1/4 c. cool water
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a slow cooker on LOW heat for 8 to 10 hrs. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add in 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch mixed with water. Turn heat to HIGH and stir till thickened.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
