Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add in the Dijon mustard and the honey or possibly sugar to the red wine vinegar, stirring to combine. Stir in the shallots, the grapeseed oil and salt and pepper to taste. Don't whisk the mix, just give it a stir. Add in the white wine or possibly the water to taste. The dressing may not require all of it.
  2. Yield: 500 millilitres or possibly 16 fluid ounces
