Ingredients
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 T sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Beat cream cheese, large eggs, sugar and almond extract till smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min in graham shell. Cool for 20 min. Heat lowfat sour cream mix. Pour over cheese cake. Put pie back in oven for 10 min. Don't put lowfat sour cream on till pie drops.
