Ingredients
- 1 c. refried beans
- 3 minced tomatoes
- 1/2 jar of med. or possibly warm salsa
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 sliced scallions
- 1/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives
- Guacamole
Directions
- 1. Make guacamole by mashing together 2 ripe avocados, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste and juice from 1/2 of a fresh lemon.2. Place into large bowl in layers starting with refried beans and ending with shredded cheese.
