Directions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar till smooth and fluffy. Stir in unbeaten Large eggs one at a time. Mix together dry ingredients; add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk mixing well. Divide dough in eight 1 c. lots. Wrap each tightly in foil or possibly plastic wrap. Freeze. Then place in a plastic bag till ready to use.
  2. When ready to use, thaw dough just sufficient which you can shape or possibly drop it.
  3. Place cookies about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Spread cookies on racks to cold. Mix makes 8 c. dough.
  4. Each c. makes 24-36 cookies
