Ingredients
- 2 sm package Lemon jello
- 2 c. Boiling water
- 11/2 c. 7- UP
- 2 lrg Bananas, sliced
- 1 c. Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 can (20 ounce) Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 c. Pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. Cheese, grated
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cool 7-UP. Refrigeratetill partly set. Gently stir in
- bananas, pineapple and marshmallows. Put back in refrigerator. For topping combine
- all of the ingredients in double boiler, except cheese and Cold Whip. Cook till
- thickened, chill. Mix in Cold Whip and spread over jello. Sprinkle with cheese.
