  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 12 ounce 7-Up

Directions

  1. Mix the 1st 4 ingredients. Add in 7-Up and mix well. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 min. Cool for a couple min and poke holes through to bottom of pan all over cake. Pour on glaze: 2 c. powdered sugarRefrigerate.
