  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant pudding vanilla mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) 7 Up
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 T flour, mix with sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Use oblong pan.
  2. Cook till thick sufficient to spread on cake. Spread 1 can coconut on top of cake if you like.
