Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant pudding vanilla mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 (10 ounce) 7 Up
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 T flour, mix with sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Use oblong pan.
- Cook till thick sufficient to spread on cake. Spread 1 can coconut on top of cake if you like.
