Ingredients
- 3 stk Butter
- 3 c. Sugar
- 5 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Extract
- 3/4 can 7-Up
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar together 20 min, or possibly till a smooth blend is achieved.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Add in flour and lemon extract.
- Mix in 7-Up .
- Pour into well greased 12 c. Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs.
