Ingredients

  • 1 box pineapple cake mix
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 box instant pineapple pudding and pie mix
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 bot 7-Up, (10 ounce.)
  • 11/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1 lrg can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into 9x13-inch cake or possibly bundt pan, greased and floured. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Test for doneness as ovens will vary.
  2. For topping on cake:Mix sugar and flour. Beat Large eggs slightly and add in to dry ingredients. Add in pineapple with liquid and cook over low heat till thick.
