- 11/2 c. Margarine
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Realemon
- 5 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. 7 up (regular, not diet)

- Here's one out of the "Carleton Cooks" community cookbook, this recipe credited to Patrick O'Reilly.
- Cream sugar and margarine and beat till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time, and beat well. Add in flour. Beat in Realemon and 7 Up. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325F for 1 1/4 hrs.
