7 Minute White Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 unbeaten egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 T cool water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar or possibly 1 1/2 teaspoon light corn syrup

Directions

  1. Place ingredients over rapidly boiling water. Beat constantly for 7 min. Remove frosting from heat. Add in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating till the frosting is the right consistency to be spread.
