Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 c. minced onions
- Taco chips
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can Italian tomatoes
- 8 ounce shredded Cheddar
- 1 can sliced olives
Directions
- Fry hamburger; pour off excess oil. Add in taco mix. Spread in bottom of glass dish. Layer refried beans, tomatoes, kidney beans, onion and olives as desired. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees till cheese melts and dish is heated through.For a cold dip, layer the cheese in the middle, add in a layer of guacamole and a dollop of lowfat sour cream on top. Garnish with minced green onion.
