Ingredients
- 1 lrg Head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed & dry, torn in pcs
- 1 lb Fresh spinach, rinsed & dry, torn in pcs
- 1 pkt (10-12-ounce) frzn peas
- 1 lrg Red onion, minced
- 8 x Large eggs, hard cooked
- 1 lb Bacon, fried & crumbled
- 2 c. Real mayonnaise
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Directions
- Layer first six ingredients in large salad bowl in the order given. Mix together mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing; spread on top of 6 layers. Chill over night. Don't toss till ready to serve.
