Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
- 1 lg., ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and minced
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 2 lg. ripe tomatoes, finely minced
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1 (9 ounce) can cheese dip
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Spread bean dip in shallow 2 qt dish. Arrange avocado over bean dip, sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic salt. In a small bowl put together lowfat sour cream and taco mix; spread over avocado. Next smooth cheese dip on top of seasoned lowfat sour cream. Top with tomatoes, olives and onions.
