Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
- 1 lg. avocado, minced
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
- 2 lg. tomatoes, minced
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. minced green onions
Directions
- Top with grated cheese. Spread bean dip in a 2-quart shallow dish. Spread avocado over bean dip. Sprinkle lemon juice and garlic salt over avocado. In a small bowl put together lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning; mix. Spread over avocado. Top with tomatoes, olives, onions and cheese.
