- 2 cans bean dip (mild or possibly warm)
- 2 cans guacamole
- 1 bundle of green onions, minced
- 2 tomatoes, minced (liquid removed)
- 1 sm. can black olives
- 8 ounce pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 extra lg. bag tortilla chips
Directions
- First Step: Add in lowfat sour cream and taco mix together and mix well.Second Step: In a large platter dish, begin layering ingredients accordingly:
- 1st Layer - Bean dip
- 2nd Layer - Guacamole
- 3rd Layer - Lowfat sour cream
- 4th Layer - Green onions
- 5th Layer - Tomatoes
- 6th Layer - Black olives
- 7th Layer - Cheddar cheese
- Third Step: Outline platter with tortilla chips.
