Ingredients
- Â Â CREAM TOGETHER:
- 1 c. AM Canola Oil
- 2 c. Maple syrup
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vanilla MIX Until SMOOTH:
- 2 c. AM Unbleached White Flour
- 3/8 c. AM Soy Flour
- 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1/2 c. Soy lowfat milk
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
- 3 x Egg whites
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Non-alum baking pwdr MIX THE ABOVE 2 MIXTURES TOGETHER AND Add in:
- 1 c. Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
- 5 c. AM rolled Oats
- 1/2 c. Raisins (optional)
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Directions
- Mix well and fill oiled cake pan 3/4 full. Bake 350 F. till light golden. This is not a very sweet cake. May be served with apple butter, honey, etc.
