Ingredients

  • 2 c. Cooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Sea salt (optional)
  • 1/4 c. AM Instant Oatmeal (original)
  • 2 c. AM Yellow Cornmeal

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for cornmeal) in blender till very smooth.
  2. Fold in cornmeal with a spoon. Fill oiled muffin c. 1/2 full. Bake at 375 F. for 35-45 min.
