Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. crumbled 7-grain cereal flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/8 c. dark molasses
  • 1 c. hot water - (100 to 105 deg) plus
  • 3 Tbsp. hot water and also
  • 2 tsp hot water

Directions

  1. Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "Whole Wheat" bread setting; crust color light.
  2. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
  3. Yield: 1 loaf
