Ingredients

  • 1 box (15 ounce) Raisin Bran cereal
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 quart. buttermilk

Directions

  1. In giant mixing bowl, mix Raisin Bran cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Add in beaten large eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix well by hand.Store covered in the refrigerator and use as desired. Keeps up to 6 weeks and they get better all the time. Don't stir before putting into greased muffin tins or possibly paper muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
