Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 1 c. Crisco
Directions
- Put together dry ingredients. Blend large eggs and butter. Fold in dry combination. Entire quantity may be stored in a tightly sealed container for 6 weeks in the refrigerator. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. Great when a crowd stays over!
