Ingredients

  • 3 doz hard-boiled Large eggs (peeled)
  • 1 quart Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 x onion (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp. dill seed
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper seed
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper or possibly peppercorns
  • 6 x cloves of fresh garlic
  • 1 jar (16 ounce.) jalapeno peppers with juice
  • 1 jar (16 ounce.) habanero peppers with juice
  • 10 dsh Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients except the hard-boiled Large eggs in a covered pot and boil for 15 min. Place the hard-boiled Large eggs in a glass jar and cover them with warm pickling mix till the Large eggs are completely covered. If there is not sufficient vinegar, you may add in some warm water to the vinegar solution. Marinate the Large eggs in this solution, in the refrigerator, for 7 days before serving. The longer they marinate, the more robust the flavor!

    good but it take's to long over 1 weak i hope it will take a....maybe 3 hours ( i have been told to search for this to my assgnment) thank's for the recipe
