Directions

  1. Drain canned ingredients and throw away liquid. Empty into a salad bowl.
  2. Stir in minced cauliflower, celery, onion, and peppers.
  3. In a small bowl or possibly blender, combine sugar, paprika, vinegar, garlic, warm pepper flakes and oil.
  4. Pour over vegetables; stir together well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 12 hrs.
