Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 11/2 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Nuts, minced
  • 2 pkt Cream cheese
  • 11/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 11/2 c. Whipped topping
  • 3 pkt Lemon pudding mix
  • 41/2 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix the butter, flour, sugar and nuts like pie crust, pat into 13x9 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Cold.
  2. Mix Cream cheese and confectioners sugar well, add in 1-1/2 c. whipped topping (from 13-1/2 ounce package) and refrigerateMix 3 pkgs. pudding mix with 4-1 c. lowfat milk, let set (Any flavor pudding may be used) Spread with remainder of whipped topping.
  3. Refrigerate24 hrs before serving.
