Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 layer) cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips or possibly 1 c. minced nuts (opt.)
Directions
- Put together cake mix, pudding, large eggs and lowfat milk in large bowl. Mix by hand till blended. Add in any optional ingredients (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.). Pour into greased and lightly floured 10" bundt or possibly tube pan. Bake 50 to 55 min in a 350 degree oven till cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool 15 min and remove from pan.Vary the flavors to change the cake. For example, yellow cake mix with pistachio pudding, add in walnuts. The sky's the limit, the choice yours!
