Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 env. spaghetti mix
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix grnd beef, spaghetti mix, tomato paste, and let simmer for 1 hour. Cook noodles in salt till tender. Put together egg and cottage cheese in extra bowl. In greased baking dish put a layer of hamburger mix, layer of noodles, layer of cottage cheese, and a layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and top with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cook 30-45 min. Let stand for 15 min.
