  • 2 x cloves chopped garlic
  • Parsley And Green Onion Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 2 x minced green onion
  • Cheese Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 x white potato, cooked or possibly 3 yellow potato, cooked
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. 1/4 C. Roquefort cheese, crumbled, (or possibly any kind of blue cheese) or possibly 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
  2. Mash the potatoes a bit with a fork or possibly a potato masher. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mash till smooth. Serve immediately.
