Directions

  1. Brown beef, drain. Add in onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and basil. Cover and simmer 30 min. Cook pasta. Put meat into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole.
  2. Layer pasta on top of meat. Then cheddar. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, lowfat milk & lowfat sour cream till smooth. Spread over cheddar.*At this point, you may cover & chill up to 1 day. Bake covered in 350 oven 40 min.*Bake one hour if refrigerated.
  3. Serves 6 to 8
