Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue or possibly Gorgonzola
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 teaspoon polomar garlic
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 pkg. tortellini (I like Contadina)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil tortellini; set aside. Heat butter in pan on low heat; add in the cheeses, cream, garlic, and parsley. Pour over tortellini and serve. Do not boil the cheese mix.
