Ingredients
- 6 ounce wide noodles (about 10)
- 1 (14 ounce) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (6 or possibly 8 ounce) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can Hunts stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Put together browned hamburger, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce. Put together beaten egg, cottage cheese and salt. In greased baking dish alternate layers of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
