Ingredients
- 2 c. narrow noodles, cooked
- 3 T melted butter
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 chicken, cooked, deboned, diced
- 4 ounce can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 12 ounce cottage cheese
- 10 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Saute onions and green peppers in butter, set aside. In large mixing bowl, mix soup, lowfat milk, onion, pepper, mushrooms, chicken and all 3 cheeses; save some Parmesan for top.In 9x13 inch pan, layer half of noodles and half of chicken mix. Repeat. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
