Ingredients
- 8 ounce lasagna noodles
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced bell pepper
- 3 T butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 2 c. minced cooked chicken
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Cook noodles and drain. Cook onion, bell pepper, mushrooms in butter till tender. Stir in lowfat milk and soup. Lay 1/2 the noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with half of each of sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Repeat layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
