Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 stk butter, softened
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 8 ounce fettuccine, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/8 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
Directions
- In a large saucepan, stir together the cream cheese, parmesan, butter, and cream. Heat, stirring, till smooth. Add in warm, cooked fettuccini, and toss till well covered. Serve immediately, sprinkled with nutmeg.
