Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Nuts
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. Oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 can Pineapple
- 2 c. Carrots, grated
Directions
- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- Add in sugar and oil to flour mix.
- Add in Large eggs, pineapple, nuts and carrots, mix well.
- Bake in bundt pan (or possibly large cake pan) at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
- Cold a few min in pan, turn out on wire racks.
