Ingredients
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 1/3 c. or possibly 8 ounce Cold Whip, thawed
- Graham cracker crust
Directions
- Heat chocolate and 2 tbsp lowfat milk in top of double boiler over low heat, stirring till chocolate is melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add in remaining lowfat milk and chocolate mix and beat till smooth. Spoon into crust. Freeze till hard, about 4 hrs. If any left over, store in freezer.
