Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 ounce) Baker's German sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 T sugar (opt.)
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 ounce) Birds Eye Cold Whip, thawed
- 1 pkg. graham cracker crust
Directions
- Heat chocolate and 2 tbsp of the lowfat milk over low heat, stirring till melted. Beat sugar into cream cheese; add in remaining lowfat milk and chocolate mix, beat till smooth. Fold Cool Whip into chocolate mix and blend till smooth. Spoon mix into crust. Freeze about 4 hrs. Find Baker's German Sweet chocolate in baking section of your supermarket.
