Oatmeal Season Recipe
Happy November 1st!
It’s no secret that Christmas is my absolute FAVORITE time of the year, but I’ve decided to start embracing Thanksgiving. It’s not just a holiday I have to get through before my favorite one. Plus I like the idea of a holiday where you can focus on being thankful.
And this week I am thankful for the fall chill we’ve been having here in North Carolina…sorry if you’re in the Northeast and you’re dealing with snow. But I love cooler weather. Falling leaves, pumpkins and gourds, shades of red and orange – these are a few of my favorite things.
NOT a favorite thing: RAGWEED. My allergies are kicking my butt this season, and it doesn’t help that there is a huge field of ragweed at the entrance to my neighborhood.
But back to the favorite things: Chilly mornings which mean perfect bowls of oatmeal!
Whipped Banana gluten free oats topped with crushed Kinnikinnick gluten free graham cracker and 1/4 cup Enjoy Life Very Berry Crunch granola
Pillowy, creamy, and oh so warm.
