Here are the stipulations for participation:
You must be invested in feeding the poor in some way, through Share Our Strength or a local organization or???? The book spotlights this aspect of the industry---chefs' generous hearts - and will include a bio of each chef plus a favorite recipe.
I am multi published author/writer. For many years, I penned Cook's Corner, a personality profile column for the OC Register's monthly magazine. I am Editor in Chief of a lifestyle magazine in Newport Coast. Featured in each issue of my magazine is an OC chef. I come from a family of short order cooks and believe the heart of every home is the kitchen. I had to shelve this project a few years back for personal reasons. Given these economically lean times, I think the message in this book is well timed.
