baked peach pickles

Peaches ,peeled
Whole cloves
1pkg cinnamon stick
5 pt sugar
1pt vinegar
Stick 1 clove in each peach ;break cinnamon
Over peaches .Pour sugar and vinegar over peaches
Bake at 375-400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly ;
Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes fill
2 quart crock three fourth full of peaches and juice cover and
Let stand

Annie - I'll reserve this recipe for when we harvest our peaches this year. A great condiment to serve with a pork roast! Looking forward to it! Thanks - Amos

You are very welcome amos grandmother would of loved
That she was always my inspiration for cooking I remember sitting in the kitchen watching her cook she loved to cook and so do I ,I have all my friends and family spoiled I make them something that is their favorite and take it to them all the time I love. Getting new recipes everyday
